No final da tarde do dia 30 de Junho, teve lugar, no Largo do Senado, em Macau, a Cerimónia de Abertura e o Espectáculo de Música e Dança da 18.ª Semana Cultural da China e dos Países de Língua Portuguesa. Organizado pelo Secretariado Permanente do Fórum de Macau, o evento, subordinado ao tema “Encontros Culturais Sino-Lusófonos, Amizade sem Fronteiras”, contou com a participação de convidados de vários sectores.

The Handicraft Exhibition of Portuguese-speaking Countries “Lusophone Polychromy”, one of the activities of the 18th Cultural Week of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, opened on 29 June at the IAM Gallery.

The Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) held the Gastronomic Showcase of Portuguese-speaking Countries of the 18th Cultural Week of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries today (26 June) at noon at FADO Restaurant of Hotel Royal Macau.

The new Secretary for Economy and Finance of the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, Ms. Ng Wai Han, visited the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) on 25 June 2026. During the visit, the Secretary toured the facilities of the Permanent Secretariat and held cordial exchanges with members of the Secretariat from various countries.

On 22 June 2026, the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) held the Press Conference for the 18th Cultural Week of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries at the Press Centre of the Complex of Commerce and Trade Co-operation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries.

No dia 18 de Junho de 2026, teve lugar, em Macau, a cerimónia de encerramento e entrega de certificados do Colóquio sobre o Investimento e Construção de Infraestruturas entre a China e os Países de Língua Portuguesa, organizado pelo Secretariado Permanente do Fórum para a Cooperação Económica e Comercial entre a China e os Países de Língua Portuguesa (Macau).

On 15 June, the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) held a lecture on China's National Situation and the MSAR's 3rd Five-Year Plan.

Organised by the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) and the China Transportation Association, and supported by the China International Contractors Association, the 12th China-Portuguese-Speaking Countries Infrastructure Co-operation Forum took place on 12 June, in Banquet Hall D, 3rd Floor, Cotai Expo, at The Venetian Macao

The President of São Tomé and Príncipe's National Agency for Personal Data Protection, José Manuel Macumbo Costa Alegre, and the President of Cape Verde's National Data Protection Commission, Faustino Varela Monteiro, paid a courtesy visit to the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum Macao

On 22 May, the China (Shandong) – Portuguese-Speaking Countries International Agricultural Trade and Investment Fair took place at the Complex of the Service Platform for Commercial Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries.

Between 28 April and 1 May 2026, a delegation of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) travelled to the city of Fuzhou, in Fujian Province, to participate in the 9th China Digital Summit.
