On May 23, Mr Ji Xianzheng, the Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, met with the delegation from the Confederation of Enterprises of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CE-CPLP) led by its President, Ms Nelma Fernandes. The two sides exchanged views on further promoting and strengthening economic and trade cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries,

On May 12, the Economic and Technological Development Bureau (DSEDT) arranged for nearly 30 representatives from scientific and technological innovation sectors such as technology enterprises, science parks, and incubators from Portuguese-speaking Countries (PSCs) to visit the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) for exchanges.

On May 9, a delegation of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), led by Secretary-General Ji Xianzheng, attended the 2023 Global Investment Promotion Conference in Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin (“Cooperation Zone”) to strengthen ties and exchanges with mainland enterprises.

On May 4, a delegation of the Permanent Secretariat and the Support Office of Forum Macao, led by Secretary-General Ji Xianzheng, visited the sixth “National Security Education Exhibition” at the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Commercial and Trade Service Platform Complex.

On April 27, the Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, Ji Xianzheng received a delegation headed by the Vice-Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Zhang Shaogang.

A delegation of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), led by Secretary-General Ji Xianzheng, visited the Greater Bay Area from April 13 to 17 to take part in the 133rd China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), and visited Dongguan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

On March 30, the Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, Ji Xianzheng received a delegation headed by the President of the China Council for the Promotion of National Trade, Lan Jun. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening inter-organizational collaboration,

On March 29, a delegation of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, together with delegations from nine Portuguese-speaking Countries who came to Macao to attend the 18th Ordinary Meeting, including Angola, Brazil, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste, visited the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.

On March 28 the Celebratory Reception for the 20th Anniversary of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) (“Forum Macao’s 20th Anniversary Celebratory Reception”) was held at the Complex of Commerce and Trade Co-operation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries.

On March 28 the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) held its 18th Ordinary Meeting in Macao. The meeting was hosted by Secretary-General Ji Xianzheng and attended by representatives from the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China,

On March 27, under the presidency of Mr Ji Xianzheng, the Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, the delegations of the participating countries of Forum Macao had a meeting with representatives of the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Co-operation and Development Fund (CPD Fund) in Macao, adopting an online + offline hybrid mode.

Com finalidade de celebrar o 20.º aniversário do estabelecimento do Fórum para a Cooperação Económica e Comercial entre a China e os Países de Língua Portuguesa (Macau), o Secretariado Permanente do mesmo pretende realizar, no dia 28 de Março, pelas 17:00, a Recepção referida na epígrafe, no Complexo da Plataforma de Serviços para a Cooperação Comercial entre a China e os Países de Língua Portuguesa.
