On 18 September, Ji Xianzheng, Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, together with members of the Secretariat, received a delegation led by Zhang Guohua, Chairman of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Director of the Administrative Committee of Xiong’an New Area.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the experience gained in developing Xiong’an New Area, promoting co-operation in emerging industries by leveraging Macao’s platform, and strengthening talent exchanges and mutual contacts, among other matters.
