From 7 to 10 September, a delegation from the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), led by its Secretary-General, Dr Ji Xianzheng, visited Beijing. The delegation visited the embassies of the nine Portuguese-speaking countries in China and held a working meeting with relevant departments of China’s Ministry of Commerce, during which the two sides exchanged views on work priorities for the second half of 2026.
