On 22 October, Arlindo Nascimento do Rosário, Ambassador of Cabo Verde to the People’s Republic of China, visited the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao to bid farewell to its members. The Secretariat expressed its sincere gratitude and high appreciation for Ambassador Arlindo do Rosário’s outstanding contributions to the development of Forum Macao and to co-operation between China and Cabo Verde.
