Recently, China Media Group (CMG) screened Shenzhou 13 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The initiative marks a new step in media cooperation between Brazil and China and consolidates the presence of Chinese audiovisual content in the Brazilian market.

The highlight of the event was the screening of the documentary Shenzhou 13, produced by CMG, based on real images captured by Chinese astronauts aboard China's space station in 8K resolution. The film records daily life in orbit, scientific experiments, and the emotions of observing Earth through the window as a “blue planet,” combining science, technology, and human sensitivity.

CMG representatives and Brazilian guests also participated in a conversation about cooperation in scientific and documentary content, possibilities for co-production, and expanding the circulation of audiovisual works between the two countries.
