The Brazilian Beef Exporters Association (ABIEC), in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), is holding the third edition of The Beef and Road: Bridging the Brazil–China Beef Routes project in Zhengzhou, in the Chinese province of Henan. This initiative strengthens the presence of Brazilian beef in the world's largest import market.

The event brought together around 100 Chinese and 40 Brazilian businesspeople. The program included business rounds, cultural presentations, and the traditional Brazilian Beef Dinner, featuring premium cuts and Brazilian wines.

Brazil remains the world's largest supplier of beef to China, accounting for around 50% of Chinese imports. China accounts for almost half of Brazil's total beef export revenue, consolidating its position for the fifth consecutive year as the main destination for Brazilian beef, ahead of the United States and Mexico.
