Air China has recently announced the reinforcement of its international operation with the introduction of a fourth weekly flight on the route between Beijing and São Paulo, with a stopover in Madrid. The new frequency will come into operation on 8 July and will be operated by Boeing 787-9 aircraft, which are already used on this route.

The initiative is part of the "Brazil-China Family Farming Mechanisation Technology Residency", which connects Chinese students with local producers.

Chinese company COFCO has confirmed an investment of over 2 billion reais (400 million US dollars) to expand its plant in Rondonópolis, in the state of Mato Grosso, with completion scheduled for early 2028. The aim is to transform the unit into the largest soybean crushing complex in Brazil.
