The Federal Government of Brazil has recently formalised an artificial intelligence co-operation agreement between the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI), the Federal Data Processing Service (Serpro) and the Chinese company iFlytek, with the aim of developing national capabilities oriented towards the functioning of the State.
