Two important partnerships were signed on November 6th for the Association of Soy and Corn Producers of Mato Grosso (Aprosoja-MT) at the China International Import Expo. They aim to encourage research and innovation in the agricultural sector to increase productivity and efficiency, reducing environmental impact. And also, promote the export of grains produced in the state to the Asian country.

Governor Romeu Zema announced on the 6th of November, the implementation of a new factory with Chinese investment in Minas Gerais. An agreement was signed to build the Celer Biotecnologia industrial unit in partnership with the Chinese company Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech, in Montes Claros, in the north of the state.

Brazil's tyre imports increased by 28% in the first nine months of 2023, reaching US$1.4 billion, compared to the same period last year. According to data released by the Secretariat of Foreign Trade, China is one of the main countries exporting tyres to Brazil, with a 38% share and a volume of US$141 million.

On 30 October, the government of Bahia, Brazil, announced a partnership with the Chinese company Goldwind Energia Renováveis to manufacture wind turbines. The factory is expected to start operating in March 2024.
