Representatives of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) visited Quanzhou, in Mainland China’s Fujian province, from June 22 to 24.

The Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Ms Xu Yingzhen, led a delegation on a visit to Portugal from June 19 to 22. The visit followed the travelling party’s participation in the “12th Entrepreneurs Meeting for Commercial and Economic Cooperation between China and Portugal”, held in Cape Verde.

The Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Ms Xu Yingzhen, led a delegation to attend the “12th Entrepreneurs Meeting for Commercial and Economic Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries”, which was held in Praia, Cape Verde, from June 16 to 18.

The Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Ms Xu Yingzhen, led a 40-strong delegation on a visit to several Portuguese-speaking Countries.

The Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) and the Bank of China, Macau Branch co-organised the “Seminar on RMB Cross-border Transactions for Portuguese-speaking Countries” on May 29, at the Bank of China Building.

Representatives of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) attended an event in Beijing on May 19 to celebrate “China Tourism Day 2017”.

The closing ceremony and certificate presentation for the “Workshop on Capacity Production Cooperation for Portuguese-speaking Countries” and for the “Workshop on Finance Cooperation for Portuguese-speaking Countries” was held at the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Grand Lisboa on June 4.

During the 8th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum that took place in Macao, the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) organised a networking reception on May 31, at the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel.
