On the afternoon of 20 March, a delegation led by Dr Yin Nianhong, Mayor of the Zhongshan Municipal Government, visited the Permanent Secretariat of Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao).

The delegation was received by Ms Xie Ying, Deputy Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat. The two sides exchanged views on continuously strengthening Macao’s role as a platform and on promoting exchanges and co-operation between Zhongshan and the Portuguese-speaking countries in the economic, trade, cultural and other fields.
