The topic was highlighted during last week's working visit of the Minister of State and Head of the Civil House of the President of the Republic, Dionísio da Fonseca, to Shanghai, where he visited the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Centre and the China Executive Leadership Academy (CELAP).

During the meetings, the foundations were laid for deepening bilateral co-operation in the training and qualification of officials, as well as in the exchange of innovative best practices related to the modernisation of public administration and the improvement of services provided to citizens.

Within the framework of this partnership, CELAP is expected to start receiving Angolan public officials for training actions in the areas of leadership, governance and technology. This initiative is part of a future co-operation agreement between the Chinese institution and Angola's National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP).
