FC Porto is one of the entities selected by Turismo de Portugal to participate, through the Futebol Clube do Porto Museum, in the Visit Portugal Travel Trade Marketplace, a promotional roadshow that recently took place in China. The map of Portuguese participation in this circuit includes cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Chengdu, as well as the special administrative region of Macau.
The initiative will enable contact with up to 120 operators from different areas of China, representing 20 cities, who want to learn about Portugal's tourism offerings. It is, therefore, an opportunity to cement relationships and build bridges in a crucial segment of the Asian market, which is among the most attractive worldwide.
Awarded a ‘Tourism Oscar’ in 2025, when the FC Porto Tour - Museum + Stadium was voted the best football stadium experience in Portugal at the World Travel Awards, the FC Porto Museum has been operating for 12 years and has received a remarkable number of national and international awards.
