Few investment modalities have as much room to grow in Brazil as ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds), investment funds traded on the stock exchange that replicate benchmark indices.

Now, an innovation brought by the Bradesco Asset management company will make ETFs even more attractive. The house is preparing to launch its first international ETFs, directly connected to the booming Chinese market. To this end, Bradesco Asset, which already has seven ETFs listed on B3, has signed agreements with China Universal and China AMC, two of the largest managers in Asia.

"We've had an office in China since 2011, which has helped with negotiations and solving operational issues," says Ricardo Eleuterio, director of Bradesco Asset. "We know the Chinese market very well and believe that the new ETFs will bring great opportunities for investors."
