Registration for the III Bahia-China Forum is now open. The event will take place on November 25, 2025, at the Hotel Deville in Salvador, bringing together authorities, researchers, and representatives from the productive sector in Brazil and China.
Promoted by the Superintendence of Economic and Social Studies of Bahia (SEI), in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and with the institutional support of the Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Rio de Janeiro, the forum consolidates Bahia as a strategic hub for Sino-Brazilian cooperation, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and green and digital industrialization.
The program will consist of five thematic panels, which will address development strategies in Brazil and China; fair energy transition; sustainable economic growth, socio-productive inclusion, and technological innovation; the Bahia-China trade relationship; and, finally, international cooperation and the use of technology to reduce inequalities.
