J&T Express Brazil and São Paulo State University (UNESP) have signed a comprehensive co-operation agreement aimed at strengthening collaboration in the areas of talent development, academic research and industrial practice. The partnership contributes to expanding co-operation between Brazilian companies and universities, while promoting cultural and industrial exchanges between China and Brazil.

With the support of the Confucius Institute, J&T Express Brazil and UNESP will establish a communication and collaboration platform, focusing on training bilingual Chinese-Portuguese talents and deepening industry-academia co-operation.

During the signing ceremony, Striven Xu, Human Resources Director of J&T Express Brazil, stated: "We have always adopted a long-term vision for talent development and continuously seek partnerships with Brazilian universities. Co-operation with UNESP will focus on internship programmes, trainee development and joint research projects. With J&T's experience in the logistics sector, we hope to build a bridge between academia and industry, supporting young talents in their transition to the job market."
