The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation of Mozambique (MINEC) recently received significant donations from China, aimed at fostering the development of the industrial sector in Mozambique.
This international collaboration aims primarily to strengthen the country's productive capacities. The donations consist of advanced technological equipment, which will be distributed to various local industries, as well as technical training for the workers involved. The Chinese representative expressed his satisfaction with the partnership with Mozambique, emphasising the importance of supporting economic growth and job creation in the country.
During the handover ceremony, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation expressed her appreciation for China's gesture of solidarity, highlighting that the donations will be fundamental in driving the modernisation of the industrial sector. At the same time, she reaffirmed MINEC's commitment to working in collaboration with international partners to promote sustainability and innovation in Mozambican industries.
China's donations represent another step in building bilateral relations that benefit not only the countries involved, but also Mozambique's socio-economic development.
