Recently, Chinese Ambassador to Cape Verde Dr. Zhang Yang visited Huawei's Cape Verde office and held a meeting with the staff. Counselor Shi Leike and Counselor Zhou Lichun from the Embassy also attended the visit.

The Ambassador extended New Year greetings to all employees, made positive comments on Huawei's contributions to promoting friendly relations between China and Cape Verde, and encouraged the company to act proactively, undertake dynamic entrepreneurship, and fulfill its social responsibilities, contributing to the deepening of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. The Embassy will continue to provide strong support for the development of Chinese companies in Cape Verde, including Huawei.

The Director of Huawei's Cape Verde Office, Dr. Yin Shirun, thanked the Embassy for its attention and support and presented the situation of Huawei's business in Cape Verde, stating that Huawei would actively participate in pragmatic cooperation between China and Cape Verde to contribute to Cape Verde's economic and social development.
