Santos Dumont Airport recently hosted the official opening of the exhibition “Things from China.” The event symbolizes a historic meeting between children, educators, and institutions from Brazil and China, in celebration of Teacher's Day, a date of great significance in Chinese culture.
At the opening, children from the Chinese International School and social projects in Rio communities performed a symbolic act that unites tradition and the future, accompanied by an interactive robot representing the presence of artificial intelligence in learning.
"‘Things from China’ is not just an exhibition, it is an invitation to see how culture can transform realities. Seeing children from Complexo do Alemão and the Chinese International School sharing the same stage is fantastic. They represent the future we want to build: a future in which diversity does not separate, but brings people together, and in which education becomes the greatest bridge between peoples and generations," comments Aline Miranda, organizer of the event.
