Scheduled to run until September 18, the Chinese capital Beijing is hosting the Training Seminar on Construction and Operational Management of China-Brazil Industrial Parks, held by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO). Attending the event is lawyer and vice president of the Bahia Commercial Association (ACB), Zilan Costa e Silva.
The focus is on presenting China’s experience in urban planning, industrial policies, development zone management, and attracting investment. The ultimate goal is to strengthen practical cooperation between the two countries, creating an environment conducive to innovation, trade, and the development of new industrial parks.
“This seminar comes at a strategic moment for Sino-Brazilian relations, as in 2024 the two countries celebrated the elevation of their partnership to the level of ‘Community of Destiny for a Fairer World and a More Sustainable Planet’. This new status has intensified exchanges in various areas, such as trade, science, technology, transportation, and public management,” explains Zilan Costa e Silva.
