A special edition in Portuguese of the Chinese magazine Wenhua Zongheng was launched at Livraria Expressão Popular bookstore in São Paulo. The publication arrives in Brazil through the Tricontinental Institute for Social Research, with a proposal to broaden the debate on the environment and sustainable development.
The event brought together ecological agriculture workers, scholars, and social activists. Tings Chak, researcher and writer, participated in the launch by presenting the magazine and answering questions from the audience.
Throughout the meeting, issues ranging from ecosystem restoration to the electric vehicle sector were discussed, including the connections between agricultural and environmental transformations.
The launch of Wenhua Zongheng magazine in Portuguese marked a moment of exchange between China and Brazil, highlighting that environmental challenges have no borders and that solutions can arise from practical examples of success and the exchange of experiences.
