The Heráclito Research and Analysis Center (CPAH), based in Brazil and with representation in Portugal, has established a partnership with Thinkina (Shenzhen) Trading Co., Ltd.. The agreement, announced recently, appoints Istal Alejandro Rubio Espinoza of Thinkina as CPAH's representative in Asia and provides for cooperation on scientific, academic, and technological projects aimed at gifted individuals.
The initiative also seeks to meet the demand from Chinese companies interested in identifying people with high IQs to work in strategic sectors such as higher education, technological development, and scientific consulting.
Founded by Fabiano Agrela Rodrigues, a Portuguese-Brazilian citizen, CPAH has its European headquarters in Castelo de Paiva, Portugal, and coordinates the GD Project, recognized as the leading international group in scientific debates among gifted individuals. The network brings together more than 500 members from 20 countries, selected through psychometric tests validated by psychology and medical councils, including participants from high IQ societies such as Mensa, Intertel, and Triple Nine.
