Scania in China, in Rugao, recently received 30 Brazilian customers for an exclusive visit. The visit immerses participants in the Chinese technological environment, now a global benchmark in logistics and mobility. During the visit, Scania executives presented innovations in sustainable transport and emphasized the diversification of the energy matrix.

Scania’s new factory in China is seen as one of the most modern in the automotive industry. It symbolizes the company’s commitment to an expanding truck market. In addition, the unit seeks to bring the brand closer to the local innovation ecosystem, increasing global competitiveness.

The participating customers operate in different sectors, such as agribusiness, fuels, and general cargo. In this sense, direct contact with the factory in China provided access to information on innovation and fleet renewal. By opening the Rugao factory to Brazilian transporters, the car manufacturer strengthens commercial ties and links its global expansion to local demand.
