BYD Brazil continues to reinforce its commitment to innovation and the development of its professionals. Recently, a new group of employees from the Camaçari factory left for China, where they will participate in a technical training program at one of the company's battery factories in Xi'an, Shaanxi province.

Since the program began, BYD professionals in Bahia have been sent to regions in China such as Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Luhe, and Shenzhen, where they have had direct contact with cutting-edge technologies and innovative processes. The diversity of destinations enriches the employees' experience and ensures a comprehensive view of the company's global operations.

The expectation is that the knowledge acquired in China will be applied in a practical way in Brazil, bringing benefits in terms of efficiency, quality, and autonomy to local operations. In addition to improving production, the exchange strengthens the Camaçari region as a strategic hub for the electric mobility industry.
