A delegation consisting of the president of Agência Brasil Central (ABC), Reginaldo Alves da Nóbrega Júnior, the director of Broadcasting, Mardem Matos da Costa Júnior, and the coordinator of Journalism at Televisão Brasil Central (TBC), Jerónimo Venâncio, is currently in China.

The objective is to learn more about the Great Wall New Media Group, a Chinese media group based in Hebei, which has television stations throughout the province and across China. The visit by the mission from Goiás aims to maintain contact with the technology adopted by the media group. 

“China is a country that has been working (on its technology in the field of communication) for years, light years ahead of Brazil. The experience we are gaining here in Beijing will be useful for us to further boost journalistic production,” said Mardem Júnior. According to him, the intention is to find ways for the public who watch TBC programs, whether on TV, social media, the internet, or YouTube, “to have increasingly more quality and relevant content.”
