On 6 April, the vice-president of Brazil's Supreme Federal Court (STF), Minister Edson Fachin, received a delegation of magistrates from China's Supreme People's Court. This meeting was not just an exchange of diplomatic courtesies, but one that reinforces a long-standing partnership between the two countries' judicial systems.
The visit by the Chinese magistrates, led by the vice-president of the Supreme People's Court of China, He Xiaorong, was a reflection of a mutual interest in learning from the experiences and technological solutions that both countries have adopted.
Throughout the meeting, the representatives discussed how strengthening collaboration between the two countries can benefit both judicial systems. According to Fachin, this exchange can help develop innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of each nation, while taking advantage of the global benefits provided by AI.
