Embratur confirmed its return to ITB China, one of the main tourism fairs in Asia, after a six-year absence. The event will take place in Shanghai, between May 27 and 29, and is part of the agency's new strategy to strengthen Brazil's promotion in the Chinese market in 2025.
In addition to ITB China, Embratur's strategic plan includes partnerships with Chinese channels, the launch of an official website in Mandarin and the activation of a public relations office in China.
Promoting ecotourism and nature tourism will be a priority for the agency, considering that 35% of Chinese tourists choose destinations based on these attractions and 21% seek adventure experiences.
