Brazilian seafood firm Frescatto has been exporting lobsters to China for around 15 years. To meet local requirements, the company adapted its production line: lobsters arrive alive at the facility, where they are processed and frozen within hours. Foreign Trade Director Rafael Barata noted that China remains the company's primary market, with ongoing plans to expand sales and widen its consumer base.
