The Chinese Ambassador to Angola, Zhang Bin, met on 12 October with Angola's Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technology and Social Communication, Mário Augusto da Silva Oliveira. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on cooperation in areas including artificial intelligence and telecommunications.

The minister thanked China for its support for the development of telecommunications in Angola and expressed his willingness to strengthen policy dialogue and promote practical cooperation in these areas.

Zhang Bin highlighted the results of bilateral cooperation in the telecommunications sector and stated that China is willing to maintain dialogue with Angola on areas of cooperation and promote new advances.
