Recently, a group of Angolan media professionals participated in an International Symposium on New Productive Forces in the Modernization Process in Beijing, China.
In his opening speech at the symposium, Li Hongkui, vice president and secretary general of the China Human Rights Foundation, highlighted development as a global issue that primarily seeks to ensure the well-being of peoples, according to a report by JA Online. “The goal is to build a shared future through exchanges of experiences, dialogue, and new forms of production,” he said.
During the event, experts pointed to scientific, technological, economic, and ecological innovation as a driving force in improving productivity levels. The optimization of the professional education system, as well as international exchange, were also highlighted as important factors in the process of technological and industrial development and modernization.
In addition to journalists, the Angolan delegation, led by the deputy director of Cefojor, José Caculo, includes officials from the Ministries of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, and External Relations.
