Between August 25 and 29, TDM (Portuguese radio and television channels and digital platforms) broadcasts a series of interviews and reports on Cape Verde. A TDM team traveled to Cape Verde to learn about the economic, social, and political reality of that African country, take stock of the cooperation between Cape Verde and China, the Chinese business presence in Cape Verde, and look at the country's new development initiatives.

The series, “China's Embrace of the Islands of Morabeza,” is part of TDM's strategy to build closer ties with Portuguese-speaking countries and to inform TDM viewers and listeners about the reality of Portuguese-speaking countries.

It should be noted that Channel 96 (Macau-Satellite) is currently available in Portugal, Angola, and Mozambique. The series on Cape Verde will also be broadcast on TDM's international channel.
