Guangdong says private-public partnerships could invest in Luanda province

Guangdong province wants stronger economic ties with Angola’s Luanda province, the Angola news agency Angop reports.

The report quotes Zhang Xingjin, a representative of Guangdong’s Standing Committee of the People’s Congress, who is leading a trade delegation currently in the African nation.

He said Guangdong could undertake development projects using public-private investment partnerships.

Guangdong’s expertise in technology and experience in power generation, clothing manufacture and car assembly, was applicable to Luanda’s development.
