During an official visit to China, Brazilian Minister of Communications Frederico de Siqueira Filho met with executives from the digital platform Kwai in Beijing on April 28 to discuss investments in Brazil and new possibilities for strategic cooperation.
At the meeting with Kwai's senior leadership, the minister highlighted the company's performance in the Brazilian market and presented the national data center policy, which focuses on attracting investment and strengthening Brazil's digital infrastructure.
"Brazil is open to international investment that generates innovation, connects people, and drives economic development. Our goal is to strengthen the digital environment and create partnerships that generate concrete benefits for the Brazilian population,” said Siqueira Filho.
Among the points discussed was the possibility of collaboration between Kwai and Correios, aimed at improving delivery logistics and promoting e-commerce in the country.
