Exports from China's Zhejiang province to Brazil increase 17.9% from January to April

Exports from Zhejiang Province in eastern China to Latin America totaled 145.06 billion yuan in the first four months of 2025, up 21.5% year-on-year, according to data from Hangzhou Customs. Exports to Brazil, the main destination for Chinese investments, reached 35.79 billion yuan (about US$4.98 billion), a year-on-year increase of 17.9% over the same period.


“This year, we have strengthened our efforts to explore emerging markets, including Brazil,” said Zhang Jing, an official at Zhejiang NHU Co., Ltd. According to him, from January to April this year, the company's exports of vitamin products to Brazil exceeded 170 million yuan, a fourfold increase over the same period last year.


Zhejiang NHU Co., Ltd is a supplier of functional chemicals that benefits from “authorized economic operator” status in Brazil, with low inspection rates and priority processing.
