On April 28, Petrobras CEO Magda Chambriard, together with Brazil's Chief of Staff Rui Costa, participated in meetings with businesspeople, investors and representatives of the Chinese government at the Brazilian Embassy in China, in Beijing.

On the occasion, an overview of Petrobras' activities was presented, especially in the naval industry, and the potential for expanding shipyards in Brazil was highlighted.

The Petrobras CEO took the opportunity to invite Chinese investors to visit Brazilian shipyards. "We are here to propose expanding the partnership between Brazil and China in investing in oil and gas. We understand that there are opportunities for Chinese companies to work in partnership with Brazilian shipyards and we believe that increasing our cooperation will bring benefits to our countries. We have come to strengthen our ties of cooperation and propose new business", Chambriard highlighted at the opening of the meeting.
